Pourers exist in many professions. Some are in ministry such as pastors, first ladies, worship leaders, or Christian education providers. Others are first responders, doctors, teachers, nurses, counselors, bereavement specialists, caregivers, rehabilitation therapists, child and adult care providers, children’s services advocates, interpreters for the impaired, memory care facility employees, at-risk youth advisors . . . and the list goes on. 

Sessions are designed to explore ways in which service providers on the verge of burnout, compassion fatigue, or depletion can discover their own limitations without guilt, and find ways to recharge, refill and renew! Sometimes this requires the application of a different lens for the purpose of retooling.

The strategy tools offered by Dr. Glymph can be used time and time again. They are borne out of years of research, experience, and coaching others through all types of seasons in life. Dr. Glymph’s doctorate in Human Behavior and Leadership has undergirded her calling to hear the “listeners”, give to the “givers”, and allow the “pourers” to take needed breaks from pouring long enough to be refilled.

These sessions are never intended to fix or probe. Rather, they flow at the pace of the client’s interest, and strive to provide a safe and reassuring approach that honors the service provider’s needs and goals. An initial 30-minute consultation session is offered to determine client/coach fit, frequency of sessions, and fee structure. Thereafter, each Replenishment Strategy Session (RSS) is 60 minutes.
